Job SummaryCommercializing Current and New Excipient Ingredients for the Pharma SectorGeneral ResponsibilitiesPromote and aggressively develop pharmaceutical business in Gujarat region of IndiaIdentifying and introducing products of clients (existing and new) in the specified regions/customersTo undergo technical trainings and support the PHI sales team and customers with technical know-how and product applicationEnsuring that the targets set by General Manager-PHI are met to achieve performance bonus.Analysing the potential of pharmaceutical market and building the customer base.Sending monthly and other specified reports business development to the General Manager and to principals/suppliers.Coordinating and organizing supplier visits at customer R & DProvide technical solutions to customersTo support customers in shop floor trialsNew responsibilities may be assigned from time to time by General Manager based on industry clusters or product groups and development of all regions.Current responsibilities are given looking towards long term personal as well organizational developments and might change in future based on your performance and organizational requirements.Functional Skills and KnowledgeExcipient FunctionalityRegulatory ComplianceMarket AnalysisTechnical ExpertiseSales and Negotiation SkillCustomer Relationship Management (CRM)Communication SkillsContinuous LearningEducationB.
