Assistant Manager- Talent Acquisition/ Logistics & SCM
1) Design and execute cost-effective & variable delivery pay models for the last mile and first mile (Aggregator vendor & consultant model)
2) Design and execute frameworks for Alternate Delivery Models
3) Prepare Annual Operating Plan for ADM, Pin-code expansion & infra reediness charter
4) Vendor development and vendor management for the growth of Alternate Delivery Models
5) Monitoring the metric performance of the vendor and taking appropriate actions
6) Proposing the incentives for the sale period to motivate the higher performance
7) Proposing the penalty to mitigate the target achievements and create actions
8) Sourcing and hiring/onboarding of direct delivery consultant
9) Month-on-month capacity & availability Planning & ensuring the supply as per the demand
10) Risk (Cash & Material) & Performance (Business Metrics) control of all the models
11) We are looking for someone having bulk hiring experience preferably recruiting blue collar staff
12) Excellent Excel skills required
