Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsibilities

1. End to End Order Processing (order booking, procurement, customer and factory connect, supporting EXIM and Logistic (warehouse) for clearance and transportation, financial clearance (letter of credit / CAD payment), issuance of PBG) Handling FOC, Warranty, short shipments

2. Knowledge of SAP - SD and MM Module Month end process with finance for revenue / GIT - Goods in Transit (Inventory) / Deferred

3. Knowledge of taxation : 5% GST, CDEC (Custom Duty Exemption, DSIR) Bonded transaction

4. To work with forwarders for import and INR shipments (landing into India) Installation revenue - Connecting with service team Trackers to be maintained.

5. Re export of Defective unit to the factory. CAS - Customer Allegiance.

6. Making Presentations and well versed in excel Inventory Management

7. Reviewing Purchase orders and emailing to vendors.

8. Monitoring to make sure mail went through and confirm expected ship dates and updating system.

9. Resolving errors on purchase orders as required. Investigating and determining what/how/ why material came in incorrectly or damaged Reviewing reports for stock outs and expediting open orders.

10. Monitoring price increases and communicating changes as necessary for demo requirement

11. Handling Demo procurement both import and local Reviewing line points/ order points for inventory stock levels.

Requirement:

  • B.com
  • 2-3 years of experience in any Analytical Company handling Order processing end to end
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results
  • To prepare report for with regard to Inventory
