JOB DESCRIPTION ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE BUSINESS: Industrial LOCATION: Thane DIRECT REPORTING: Regional Sales Manager- West
POSITION DETAILS Position Activities Acquires, establishes and develops relationships with existing and prospect customers in Western region. To look into Documentation, MIS reports, Quotation, order follow up, order processing, documents approval to execution. Principal Activities

• • Identification of business from existing and prospective customers in respective territory or areas of responsibility
  • Techno commercial negotiation, coordination at RFQ stage & making the quote, follow up for order conversion.
  • Order handling, contract review, coordinating with factory & OMC & customer for documents approval.
  • Acquire and communicate competitive intelligence as it pertains to CIRCOR products, technology, and activity
  • Develop and manage contacts and relationships with customers
  • Coordinate and/or manage and respond to technical and price quotations via Request for Information and Request for Proposals; follow up until closure
  • Develop and implement strategies that successfully target potential customers and capture additional market share from competitors
  • Identify target accounts in which to promote new business
  • Establish and maintain territorial sales forecasts and maintenance of customer profile report.
  • Support various trade shows and exhibitions

• Experience in managing major accounts customers and large contracts or even a business, particularly achieving genuine sales development.
• Hands on experience / understanding of Pump/Valves business
• Negotiation skills
• Competent writer of business letters, quotations and proposals.

• Bachelor / Master Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
• Post Graduate degree in Management would be an added advantage
• 6-8 yrs of experience in Industrial product / project sales.
