Job Duties & Key Responsibilities
* Duties and Responsibilities - \xe2\x80\xa2 Achieving & exceeding Business goals and targets for Rural Two Wheeler and Consumer Durable loans - \xe2\x80\xa2 Sales Force Management & data management - \xe2\x80\xa2 Regular Dealer visit and updating Daily Visit report - \xe2\x80\xa2 Portfolio management \xe2\x80\x93 Maintaining healthy portfolio - \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure adherence to sales governance & compliance processes - \xe2\x80\xa2 Adherence to customer delivery & queries within defined TAT - \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure implementation of promotional plans & contests and suggesting new and innovating promotion plan for the area of work. - \xe2\x80\xa2 Resolves issues regarding customer documentations - \xe2\x80\xa2 Plans for business expansion - identify and map new areas including fraud likelihoods deriving projections - \xe2\x80\xa2 Sales and collect responsibility
* Major Challenges - Manage multiproduct Sales and collect responsibility
* Key Decisions / Dimensions - Clearing day to day major customer queries within defined TAT
Required Qualifications and Experience
* a) Qualifications : - Graduation - Strong analytical skills to drive channel performance and drive profitability - People & Relationship Management skills - Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skill b) Work Experience: - Graduation with 0 to 5 Years\xe2\x80\x99 experience
