Achieving & exceeding Business goals and targets for Rural Two Wheeler and Consumer Durable loans - . Sales Force Management & data management - . Regular Dealer visit and updating Daily Visit report - . Portfolio management - Maintaining healthy portfolio - . Ensure adherence to sales governance & compliance processes - . Adherence to customer delivery & queries within defined TAT - . Ensure implementation of promotional plans & contests and suggesting new and innovating promotion plan for the area of work. - . Resolves issues regarding customer documentations - . Plans for business expansion - identify and map new areas including fraud likelihoods deriving projections - . Sales and collect responsibility .
