Position Summary A Retail Marketing Assistant Manager is responsible for monitoring the sales performance of the store and strategizing efficient techniques to sell goods and services to the customers. Retail marketing managers lead the retail marketing team in developing promotional campaigns to enhance the products\' brand images to the market and reach the target audience. They also handle the budget and resource allocation for the project plans and ensure that the outputs meet the quality standards and deadlines. Responsibilities

  • Developing marketing plans that set goals for increasing revenue, footfalls, market share, and brand awareness for your city
  • Conducting market research to identify potential opportunities for growth in existing markets or new markets
  • Designing marketing campaigns that create brand awareness, generate leads, and promote sales Planning and executing all BTL activities - Events (roadshows, exhibitions, conferences, seminars), promotions (pamphlets, handbills, brochures) and brand/service placement.
  • Meeting with store managers to discuss performance metrics and identify problem areas To understand the problem areas and make plans to grow
  • Responsible for setting up a strong network of vendors / Agencies for various promotional activities planned for the respective regions.
  • Marketing Campaigns -Complete ownership of the marketing campaign from strategy, scouting and development to Pre-Launch, Event, Post Event elements
  • Strategy - To understand data and trends of the city and make marketing plan accordingly
Minimum Qualifications, Skills and Competencies
  • Any Graduate
  • Ability to surpass and constantly meet revenue targets
  • Energetic, versatile and a creative problem-solver
  • Talented, Flexible individual with ability to multitask, to exercise initiative, and work effectively under pressure, paying strong attention to detail
