- Auditing Transactions (Inbound and outbound Voice)
- Process audits to check variations.
- Associate coaching and feedback.
- Action planning to improve Quality scores.
- Design and implement new ways to improve performance / qualitative delivery.
- Act as a customer advocate and highlight process gaps.
- Participate in calibration sessions.
- Conducting Quality orientation session for new hires.
- Analysis of Excel, PPT Skills, and TNI implementation
- Hands-on with Dashboard and Quality reports
- Flexible in 24*7 shift, 5.5 days working specially on Saturdays and Sundays
- Excel test to be conducted in the beginning on basic QC Tool/ Excel
Desired Candidate:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Hindi and English both)
- Graduate/Postgraduate with a minimum of 1 year of transactional Quality experience.
- Exposure to voice transactional Quality (Inbound).
- Ability to get out of the box and process improvement initiatives.
- Drive robust action planning and interventions to meet and exceed targets
