Position - Asst. Manager Quality
Qualification - B.Tech(Mechanical)/ Diploma in Mechanical. Experience - 10 to 15 years. Industry - Agriculture Implement Industry. Job Profile - 1. Understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes.
2. Devise and review specifications for products or processes.
3. Set requirements for raw material or intermediate products for suppliers and monitor their compliance.
4. Supervise inspectors, technicians and other staff and provide guidance and feedback.
5. Oversee all product development procedures to identify deviations from quality standards.
6. Inspect final output and compare properties to requirements.
7. Approve the right products or reject defectives.
8. Keep accurate documentation and perform statistical analysis.
9. Solicit feedback from customers to assess whether their requirements are met.
10.Beon the lookout for opportunities for improvement and develop new efficient procedures.
11. Good knowledge of inspection of #gears, #shaftsand #machining
12. Good knowledge of daily clearance of incoming parts in ERP.
13. Good knowledge of #iso, #tpm, #tqmand Quality System activities related to Incoming quality control.
14. Good Knowledge of #paint#defectsand #paint#remedies.
15. Good Knowledge of #welding#defectsand #remedies.
16. Supplier quality control and access the supplier.
17. Knowledge of Kaizen process, #5s, #pfmea, #HIRA, 7 QC Tools and #lean#sixsigma. Job Type: Full-time Salary: From \xe2\x82\xb945,000.00 per month Schedule:
