Job description –

On-site visits to battery OEMs factories to perform pre-dispatch quality assessments.
Create documents such as procedure inspection plans, work instruction, quality assurance specifications, etc.
Preparing and maintaining Quality records, MIS for system audit and documentation.

Measure product dimensions, examine functionality, and compare the final product to the specifications.
Document inspection outcomes by completing detailed reports and performance records.
Performing RCA and resolving quality-related issues in a timely manner.
Maintaining Quality records for system audit.
Customer complains monitoring, reduction, corrective action & improvement.
Educating the team for Kaizen, 5S, Poka-yoke, Process audit, Quality Tools, etc.

Pre-requisites –

Bachelor’s in electrical engineering or related. Master’s degree is desirable.
At least 3 years of relevant experience in Li-ion manufacturing industries.
Previous experience with battery manufacturers quality team will be a strong plus.
Comfortable with within city and outstation traveling to OEMs factories.
Decent communication skills.
