Job Description
- We are looking for candidates with a minimum experience of 7-8 years as an AM in BPO. Should have at least 1 year of experience on paper with telecom clients. We are looking for an AM to join our team. You should be well versed with KPI/KRA/Attrition/Shrinkage/Occupancy. You must have a strong customer service background and thrive under pressure.
