Maintenance Management: Supervise and monitor the effectiveness of the activities related to Breakdown, Preventive, Predictive maintenance,Continuous improvement process that will lead to reduction in technical downtime of MAE\'s (Machinery and Equipment) both in the plant and in Extended work benches.
Safety Management: Communicate the importance of safety at the workplace, carry out regular audits in MAE\'s and implement necessary safety measures which will finally result in safe and secure workplace.
Energy Management: Monitor and communicate the compressed air consumption trends in the value stream to all stakeholders and determine measures to stop Air leakages which will result in energy savings.
Spares planning: Check the availability of critical and non critical spares ,assess and guide the department associates to take measures to ensure the availability of all spares in sufficient quantity and ensure they are easily accessible.
Drawings Management: Check the availability of machine drawings, then design and make drawings through Design software for manufactured spares where ever necessary, and ensure they are easily accessible .
Qualifications
BE in Mechanical Engineering with 10 Years of experience in Maintenance field.
Additional Information
Proficient in Industrial automation concepts like Machine automation ,Process automation, Welding systems etc.
Proficient knowledge in Pneumatic and Hydraulic systems.
Competent knowledge in Mechanical Engineering fundamentals ,concepts and theory.
Knowledge in materials and properties with heat treatment, Thermodynamics, Fluid mechanics.
Competent knowledge in Safety regulations and standards, safety risk assessment, mitigation techniques and knowledge in Safety devices
Proficient in Diagnosis and problem solving on MAE\'s.
Competent in resolving issues in MAE\'s which works with Pneumatics ,Hydraulics etc.
Competent in deriving and implementing Energy conservation measures.
