Assistant Manager-Electrical Maintenance
Job Requirements
Must have experience either in projects & maintenance from tire industry, know-how of Stock and preparation machines (Mixer, Calendar, Extruder, Cutters, Bead winding etc) will be preferable.
1) Must have knowledge and hands on PLC based Machineries - Rockwell
2) Must have knowledge of all Basic Electrical, Electronics Equipment & Instrumentation generally used in Tyre Industry.
3) Must be competent in understanding the Electrical Drawings & Circuits
4) Understanding of machine logics, co-ordination with teams for timely completion of assignments
5) Must be conversant with Zero Loss Culture & capable enough to perform/evaluate Failure controls & root cause analysis for equipment\'s to prevent similar breakdown in future.
6) Have the Understanding of MTBF, MTTR and SAP based Maintenance systems.
7) Must have hands on Computer reporting, data analysis
8) Able to operate in shifts with Technicians
Education and Skills :-
Degree/ Diploma in electrical Engineering with 4-5 years of relevant experience in engineering.
