Designation: Assistant Manager Electrical Instrumentation Location: Srikakulam Unit Sector: Manufacturing Purpose of the Job: To independently handle the shift function of Electrical Instrumentation Department. Root Cause - To carry out Root Cause Analysis / Failure Analysis (or to participate as a team member) using various techniques and plan control effective execution of action plans. Evaluate all data to determine maintenance schedules to optimize equipment availability To carryout independently plant start up, shutdown, emergencies handling and trouble shooting in the plant in coordination with the HOD and the other field executives as per checklist. Preparing record as per checklist Authenticate the same. Drive and Executive Safety, 5S TPM activities for Plant. Hands on experience in Surveillance Audit ISO 9001: 2015 and Inspections by District Authorities Educational Qualifications Total years of experience Diploma in Electrical / Instrumentation ITI in Electrical / Instrumentation 5 yrs+ of experience in Electrical / Instrumentation with 7 yrs+ of experience in Electrical / Instrumentation with Technical /Functional Expertise: Basic Knowledge in instrumentation / electrical unit operations. Thorough knowledge of operation of instrumentation systems or similar in chemical process plants Knowledge of environment, safety and occupational health hazards related to plants operations. Working in team Good analytical and troubleshooting skill.
