Short Description

Purpose of position:

we are looking for an experienced and result-driven Marketing Professional to join our awesome marketing team! the individual will contribute to and develop integrated marketing campaigns to promote product & service and would have to manage the challenging task of supervising, directing and coordinating with the sales & Product management team along with external partners and agencies to optimize marketing strategies and align them with the company\'s goals. The key areas of focus will remain implementation & improvement of marketing strategy, communications and creative campaigns, market research, promotion and sales. the individual will be responsible for setting up, implementing and managing the overall marketing strategy of the company across therapeutic areas.
Marketing strategies are extremely important for our company\'s success, so the role will play a crucial role in achieving our business goals and objectives. We are expecting the candidate to have a hand on experience in planning, advertising, public relations, event organization, sales & distribution, creative communication, Collateral development & Market Research.

Operating Network:
Internal: Supply Chain Team, Marketing team, Customer Service team, Sales team.
External: External Partners I.e. distributors , Creative Agencies, Media Buying agencies, Market Research companies.

Responsibilities: * Conceive, develop & optimize efficient and intuitive marketing strategies

  • Organize and oversee 360 degree advertising & communication campaigns incl. PR, ATL media buying, creative development
  • Drive Retail & Consumer market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition tracking leading to optimization of marketing strategies
  • Maintain relationships with external partners i.e. Printing, creative designing & media vendors /publishers for effective distribution of marketing materials incl POP/POSM & implementation of marketing strategies.
  • Organize promotional BTL events and attend events such as conferences, seminars, receptions, and exhibitions
  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.
  • Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance and monitoring expenses.

- Technical
- Communications Management i.e. Content Copywriting/Editing /Creative Writing
- Competitive Analysis
- Video/ Visual Content Strategy Management Inc. Curation/ Conceptualization / implementation.
- 360 degree media advertising incl. TVCM, OOH etc.
- Marketing Analytics/Strategy
- Content Marketing
- Market research Retail/Consumer (Primary /Secondary)
- Marketing Budget/ Campaign Management
- Performance Measurement
- POP/POSM development & distribution.

Education & Experience:

- Minimum education: Higher vocational / professional education (Bachelor Degree)
- Preferred education: University (Master Degree)
- Minimum experience: 2 - 4 yrs
- Preferred experience: 4 - 7 yrs
