Assistant Manager Marketing
Job Description
1) Prepare quarterly & annual marketing plans for the brand 2) Devise innovative campaigns, ensuring engagement of HCPs & top of mind brand recall.
3) Identify segmentation, targeting & positioning of the brand & devise promo strategy
accordingly. 4) Conduct cycle meetings & manage conferences. 5) Ensure market share for the brand by implementing effective marketing campaigns. 6) Ensure Inter departmental co-ordination for operational effectiveness. 7) Connect with KOLs by working on field for 5-7 days in a month and develop therapy insights. 8) Monitor competitor activity & develop concrete plans for supporting weak HQ\'s. Preferred candidate profile * Good communication skills. * Analytical & Logical abilities. * Should have worked in nutrition/pharmaceutical organisation. * Experience in sales & marketing in pharma company. * Managerial/Deputy managerial level candidate. * Preferably from top 20 pharma companies in India Job Type: Full-time Salary: \xe2\x82\xb920,000.83 - \xe2\x82\xb954,954.42 per month Benefits:
