Role description APosition Overview Position Title Assistant Manager / Manager Department HR Services & Automation Grade 301/401 Role Summary : HRMS implementation (gathering business requirement, BRD / FRD preparation and sign off, UAT document preparation, testing and sign off), Project, query management and support. , BOrganizational Relationships Reports To Senior Manager - HR Services & Automation Supervises Executive CJob Dimensions Geographic Area Covered Pan India Stakeholders Internal External DKey Result Areas Project Management . Cloud based HRMS Project implementation & post implementation support (Products like Oracle Fusion HCM, Peoplestrong, Darwinbox, ZingHR or any other cloud based HRMS) . HRMS maintenance & Support . Query management & first level troubleshooting . Coordinating with Support team for solution and tracking till closure . Stakeholder and vendor management . Project plan tracking and delivery management . Process Audit for identifying gaps and fixing through Process enhancement / developments . Requirement gathering for Process enhancement / developments . CR, FRD , BRD preparation . Negotiating CR mandays and efforts . Tracking development . Performing UAT & sign off . Preparing helpfiles & SOP\'s . Reviewing helpfiles & SOP\'s post every process update / once in every 6 months . Preparing education series . Post-production monitoring & support . Quarterly refresher training for stakeholders . System update release testing & sign off . App Support . Understanding existing process and evaluating vendors . Preparing Vendor evaluation sheet for decision making . Preparing Business case for approvals . New interface development requirement gathering, tracking development, delivering and support . Interface monitoring, tracking failures and fixing . Dashboard preparation . Automating data requirements / reports Up gradation- Enhancement of system process . Interacting with stakeholders and understanding business challenges, analyzing and providing automated solutions wherever applicable Vendor Payment Processing . Ensuring Payments are processed within timelines for . Tracking Renewals and related activities. Review SOP\'s & Training . Re-visit SOPs and update as per current processes . Quarterly user training Audit . Delivering solutions that meet audit requirements . Maintaining details / documents from audit perspective . Conducting audits by self every quarter ESkills Required Technical MS Office, Basic Knowledge of BI Reports and SQL Behavioral Essential Desired Interpersonal skills . Communication skills .
