Job Title: Assistant Manager - HR and AdministrationJob Summary: The Assistant Manager HR and Administration will be responsible for managing and implementing HR programs and initiatives, as well as public relations strategies, to ensure that the organization\'s goals and objectives are met. They will work closely with other departmental managers and staff to ensure that employee relations are positive, and that the organization\'s reputation is maintained and enhanced. Key Responsibilities:
HR Management: Assist the HR Manager in managing the organization\'s human resources activities, including recruitment, selection, training, performance management, and employee engagement.
Public Relations: Develop and implement public relations strategies that support the organization\'s goals and objectives, including media relations, vendor stakeholder engagement, and community outreach. And also Drafting/ vetting various legal documents for corporate transactions.
Employee Relations: Assist in creating a positive workplace culture that supports the organization\'s goals and objectives, while maintaining a high level of employee satisfaction and engagement.
Compliance: Ensure that the organization complies with all relevant labor laws and regulations, and implement HR policies and procedures that are consistent with best practices and legal requirements.
Communication: Develop and implement effective communication strategies that support the organization\'s HR and public relations goals and objectives, including internal communications, external communications, and crisis communication planning.
Reporting and Analysis: Analyze HR and public relations data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and develop reports and presentations that communicate this information to senior management.
Requirements:
Bachelor\'s degree in HR, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR or Public Relations, with a strong background in both areas.
Knowledge of HR best practices and current labor laws and regulations.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
