Assistant Manager HR Education Qualification: Human Resources Job Profile:
HR Operations

  • Establish & implementation of HR policies & procedures. Responsible for maintaining uniformity and decorum in the office. Revise policies and manuals to make necessary amendments according to the Management strategy and legal requirements.
    • Correspondence related Job Confirmation | Extension of Probation, Transfer, Promotion, Increment, Reward & Recognition, Disciplinary notice, Termination | Relieving order.
    • Prepare the MIS reports (Weekly, Monthly, quarterly, Annual HR Dashboard).
    • Maintaining employee\xe2\x80\x99s personal files, database & related information.
    • Manage end to end process of Group Mediclaim & Group Personal Accident Policies for employees.
    • Ensure comfortable & harmonious working atmosphere and maintain the organization culture.
Employee Engagement & Relations
  • Develop and organize employee engagement programs.
  • Carry out Employee Satisfaction Survey and drive action plan basis results in coordination with management.
  • Counselling & Grievance management during the employee life cycle.
Payroll
  • Attendance & Leave Administration.
  • Monthly Salary, Annual Increment, Incentive, Payment of Bonus, Deduction of Income Tax.
  • Reimbursement of conveyance & other expenses.
  • Full & Final Settlement: Counselling of resigned employee, Exit interviews to identify reason(s) for resignation & feedback, Obtain NOC from respective department, Leave Encashment, Provident Fund, Monthly Pension scheme, Gratuity, Recovery (if any).
  • Liaison with Government Authorities for Social Security schemes employee welfare program i.e. Provident Fund, ESIC, Profession Tax, LWF, Shops Act., POSH.
  • Statutory remittance & returns.
  • Responsible to timely respond to show cause notice & attend Inspection.

  • Human Resources Specialist to plan, lead, direct, develop, and coordinate the policies, activities, and team of the Human Resource department,
  • ensuring legal compliance and implementation of the organisation\'s mission and talent strategy.
