Job Family Descriptor We are looking for a techno-commercial individual to manage and generate reports & business data for customer / partner management and internal communication, in order to provide business insight and performance improvement suggestion. In addition, they will also be required to support with business analyst tasks including requirement collection and preparation of requirement documentation. Broad outline of the Role Analyze internet network traffic/ dynamic and customer data to generate business insight and communicate those effectively to internal/external stakeholders Formulate the business requirements in BI tools (e.g. PowerBI), in order to generate business KPI report / Dashboard Perform market research and analysis with insights for the expansion of global telecom markets With any potential churn or potential opportunity, work out with product team and sales team for an action plan whenever an account needs attention. Collaborate with internal to enable automation of the data analysis / report generation process Carry out or support any adhoc data analysis as required. Work with cross-functional teams to perform business analyst tasks that support development tracks within the team
