The team plays a critical role in Fidelity\'s client investments: Global Pricing is responsible for sending bulk client deals to the market, ensuring funds are accurately priced on Fidelity platforms, and onboarding both Fidelity and Third Party funds onto Fidelity platform. Your core responsibilities are: Develop a framework and a structure to capture Global Pricing\'s processes and knowledge with the understanding of interdependent teams\' processes and dependencies on systems Gatekeeps the standard of documentation of checklists, processes and procedures and keep them current Ensure controls and verifications are fit for purpose and effective Establish the baseline knowledge and experience level required at each stage of development in GP and drives the required functional training ensures the knowledge is passed on in the team Strives for continual improvement in the processes reflective of business needs, Fidelity\'s strategic projects, and Global Pricing\'s changes Maintain an open radar and close contact with teams GP interact with regularly for their process and procedural changes to ensure they are reflected and implemented in a timely manner Actively listen and act upon the team\'s needs fostering an environment for collaboration Ensure the team is up to date with the latest regulatory requirements Potential for line reporting responsibilities and people powerment in the near future Duties may expand as the role develops Your strengths are: A self-starter who energizes and motivates the team to consistently deliver under pressure and tight deadlines Possess excellent organisational and prioritisation skills, while being able to delegate effectively Deliver high standard of service within agreed timeframes Have strong and succinct verbal and written communication skills Organized and maintains a structure in the approach Strong numeracy and PC skills including Excel, Word, and Outlook A keen eye for detail and analytical data skills IOC exams completed or in progress Feel rewarded For starters, we\'ll offer you a comprehensive benefits package.
