Roles and Responsibilities: . Analysing current and historic data and to keep the detection rules efficient and effective. . Providing necessary support to the business for new products and services from a fraud perspective. . Be the custodian of fraud risk information and be the key point of contact to ensure Fraud data is kept fully up to date. . Evaluate and leverage a range of statistical information to recommend, review and implement decisions that will have a positive impact on the P&L for the portfolio. . Regular evaluation of fraud strategies that are implemented from both an operational and financial benefit perspective, whilst suggesting changes and improvements as necessary. . Driving optimisation of rules to enhance fraud control while balancing business and customer experience. . Identify improvement areas and develop plans to strengthen and close gaps in processes and controls. . Assist investigation team with timely and accurate data. . Provide all necessary assistance to Law enforcement on data related to Fraud Risk management. Qualifications and Experience: . Graduate degree with Proficiency in working in a data intensive environment performing analysis to make informed decisions. . 2 to 3 years of related experience in Banking and Financial Institutions . Prior knowledge or experience working with data analytics tools such as SAS, SQL, Tableau .
