We are seeking a solid, self-starting colleague to help the Controllership function, lead New Business, perform agreement analysis, incorporate necessary financial clause, analyze new business from compliance requirement perspective. The role involves actively dealing with business teams, sales teams, tech teams and legal & compliance team, multi-tasking, compliance assessment. The successful candidate should have a history of: . Experience in sharp skills in gaining quick understanding and analysis of new business . Sound knowledge of laws and regulations effective . Experience in dealing with different business, sales, legal team . work in a constantly changing environment . motivated by a fast-paced and highly entrepreneurial environment. . As a part of a growing team, you will deal with a high level of ambiguity and changing priorities. Thesuccessful candidate will maneuver through the ambiguity, communicate effectively across teams and levels, while balancing the needs and requirements of internal and external customers. Flexibility and the ability to prioritize in a changing business environment will also be key. Qualifications . Chartered Accountant with 2+ years of Exp./ MBA(Finance) with 3-4 years of exp. . Experience in performing business analysis from finance and compliance perspective .
