Roles and Responsibilities

Responsible to identifying and meeting Business/Customer requirement.
Responsible for Final Insp. Std. Development and Customer Approval.
Responsible for Customer Complaints Handling and strategy dev. To minimise the trend.
Responsible for Risk Assessment and drive Mitigation Plan to minimise quality failure.
Responsible for Engg. Change Management and QMS Updating for the same.
Responsible for QMS adherence and drive Internal Auditing and system imp.
Responsible to coordinate Customer audits / 3rd Party Audits and System Improvement.
Responsible for improving Product Quality and Minimising Packaging/Process Cost.
Responsible for Suppliers Process /System Audits and Up-gradation.
Responsible for updating inspection & testing facility to ensure product quality.
Responsible for Calibration of Inspection Measuring and Test Equipment.
Maintain all testing records and valid test reports
Responsible for collecting, utilising the quality data for continual improvement.
Responsible for incoming Inspection and Testing adherence , effectiveness / efficiency , RCA and CAPA.
Should have practical Experience of Core tools FMEA, SPC, MSA, 7QC Tools and ISO:9001.
