Work Location: Solitaire Park, Andheri, Mumbai Work Week: 5 days Mode: work from the office (Not hydrid) Reporting to: GM Marketing Job Purpose: To work as a part of the marketing team to deliver planned revenue, volume and gross margin of key brands & channel. Job Context: The corporate is based out of 3 locations \xe2\x80\x93 Manufacturing & sales at Rishra (Kolkata), Design & Retail at Bangalore, and Marketing at Mumbai. The job will require the person to actively move between Rishra & Mumbai and closely liaison with Sales and Marketing team. Key Accountabilities

Supporting Actions


Trade Support

Developing and executing the Trade Marketing Plan in line with sales and marketing objectives and managing the Trade Marketing budget. Improving brand presence and campaign execution across trade through excellence in in-store planning, vendor management and cost optimisation. Collaborate with Sales team and organise partner & trade conferences through the year.

Brand Support

Responsible for brand development and effective communication, keeping in mind the channel nuances, regional preferences, and customer understanding. Develop innovative packaging solutions to ensure that the brand is visible, and guidelines are respected.

New Product Development Support
Actively develop sales promotion plan for new product/VAP solutions and responsible for delivering marketing vision for the new launches.

Budget & MIS

Responsible for budget management & MIS of annual marketing budget. To closely liaison between Finance, Accounts, Retail & Marketing team

Qualifications:

MBA
Minimum Experience Level:
4-8 Years
