1. Order execution

• E2E Order Management
• Differential requirement & Compliance based Treatment

2. Credit review & collection

• Checking credit limits for each of the customers and past due summary
• Responsible for follow up on credit dues and collections

3. Delivery and Invoice

• Overseeing product planning and dispatch based on customer schedules
• Advance authorization
• Invoicing process related to warranty (replacements)
• Pre shipment inspection, GR Waiver Logistics, and shipping arrangements

4. Documentation

• LC Handling, negotiation, legalization, and shipping docs to customers
• Bank submissions and share point loading
• Agreement reviews in consultation with legal and sourcing team

5. MIS & Business Insight

• Monthly Key performance reporting
• Variance analysis on key indicators with detailing on major contributors.
• Opportunity and risk analysis and submission
• Forecast analysis and conjunction with PSI

Total Experience in years: 8 – 10 Years
Graduation/ Degree: BE Mechanical 9. Background and Skills:
Exposure in program management from Tier 1 suppliers. Working experience in OEMs (FORD, HMI,) would be an added advantage
