Our APIs and platform deal with over 145 billion engagements annually. Sinch, 2nd largest cPaaS and messaging provider in the world is looking for a Tech Support (Team & Client Coordination Role) talent at its Noida, India location.

The essence of the role: Assistant Manager -Tech Support

As our new role new you should have:

• Atleast 5 years of industrial experience with proven skills to help internal team get the service request/task/queries being completed within TAT and improve operations excellence.
• Eagerness and ability to understand the process and take actions to achieve TAT's.
• Good experience in liaisoning. Experience in managing, tracking and record keeping of task/issues/queries. Ability to work with little supervision.
• Keeping stake holders in sync and updated, Escalate in time.
• Work closely with Netops, IT, Engineering.
• Create and manage dashboard for every task at hand or completed.
• Fair knowledge about the basic hygiene practices followed in Customer Support.

• Experience in MS suit.

• Any graduate from a recognized institute, MBA pref
