Assistant Manager, Capital Markets
What this job involves:
Demonstrate strong understanding and experience in preparing presentations and decks such as information memorandums, pitch presentations, client proposals etc.
Strong acumen in financial modelling skills and preparation of cash flows as well as scenario analysis across asset classes in the real estate spectrum. Good understanding of land valuation methodologies , business modelling, IRR's, NPV's and practices to be able to provide a opinion of value for various assets and land parcels
Understanding of the local development norms and regulations as per the DCPR 2034
Keep abreast with information about business competitors as well as build & maintain rapport with agents
Support the transaction lead in transaction process management
Ensuring optimum client service delivery and engagement - calls, meetings, site visits, presentations, follow up, accurate & timely submission of company proposals to prospective clientele and overall governance during the execution phase.

Understanding of Real Estate and related norms
Self-starter & team player
Open to travel
The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills enabling
Development of good relationships with both clients and colleagues
2 to 4 years of Work Experience
Exceptional financial, business modelling, cash flow management and presentation skills
