Summary: At JLL, we are seeking a driven and dynamic Assistant Manager in Business Communication to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in enhancing and maintaining communication strategies to effectively engage internal and external stakeholders. Your strong verbal and written communication skills, coupled with your keen eye for detail, will be vital in supporting the success of our business and helping to deliver our core messages to various audiences. Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and implementation of strategic communication plans to effectively engage internal and external stakeholders.
  • Draft and edit a wide range of high-quality written materials, including press releases, corporate announcements, internal communications, presentations, and other marketing collateral.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communication channels.
  • Monitor and manage various communication channels, including but not limited to, email newsletters, social media, and internal platforms.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating company events, including town halls, webinars, and conferences.
  • Act as a liaison between different business units to facilitate effective communication and information sharing.
  • Conduct research and analysis on industry trends and best practices in business communication.
  • Stay updated on the latest digital communication tools and technologies, and propose innovative ways to optimize our communication strategies.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of professional experience in business communication, corporate communications, or related roles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and grammar.
  • Demonstrated ability to draft high-quality written materials, such as press releases, internal communications, and corporate announcements.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience
