ABOUT THE TEAM & ROLE:
Are you obsessed with social media & influencer marketing who can't get enough of scrolling, swiping, checking what?s trending and double-tapping? Do you live and breathe Instagram, Youtube, Twitter, and one of the first ones to join a new social media platform with a knack for creating viral content that gets everyone talking? If yes, we want you to join our team at Swiggy Dineout. You'll be in charge of building our online presence, increasing our followers, boosting our engagement rates across all platforms & driving influencer & content marketing with creators. You'll use your creativity and analytical skills to develop and execute cutting-edge social media strategies that get our brand noticed and keep our audience coming back for more. Brownie points if you love going out at restaurants and are the leader of making dining out plans.
You would work very closely with product marketing, internal creative partners, external agency partners, analytics and PR teams to create powerful experiences for consumers.
What qualities are we looking for?

3+ years of experience in Social Media with preferably 1 year of relevant work experience in large consumer-tech products -
Very high spike on creativity and the ability to understand pulse of consumers on social media with a proven track record of growing social media followings and engagement rates -
Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and shareable content -
Strong analytical skills, with experience using social media analytics tools -
Demonstrated success in developing and executing successful influencer marketing campaigns -
Scrappy, resourceful, action and detail-oriented, with a high ownership mindset to deliver measurable impact

Oversee the ideation, planning, and publishing of all Swiggy Dineout?s social platforms including strategy, ideation, voice, operations and analytics -
Create compelling and shareable content that resonates with our target audience & with the help of our agency partners -
Manage and grow our social media presence across all channels, including Instagram, Youtube, Twitter, and new emerging platforms -
Build partnerships with content creators, publishers & influencers for creating clutter breaking engaging content that drives brand awareness & engagement
