HR Policies, Programs, & System (Establishment)

  • To plan, organize and assist the FH in effective implementation of HR policies
  • Planning, organizing and review of all HR policies and procedures.
  • Monitor implementation of the value and culture framework and adherence to policies
  • Responsible for communication and implementation guidelines, policies, processes, interventions across the unit
  • To ensure timely completion of all assigned Compliances, both, to the authorities as well as registering them in Internal systems (Enablon).
  • To ensure all establishment related activities like Personal File, Probation/Confirmation etc are done as per SOP within the defined timelines.
  • To ensure adequate preparation for all audits (IMS/WCM/Internal/HR)
Talent Management
  • Plan, organize and implement talent management activities for employees.
  • To coach & guide Managers on Potential Assessment Process & ensure its implementation.
  • To advise Unit Management in identifying Potential candidates for DAC [Talent Review Discussion]
  • To ensure nominations for DAC & follow for report.
  • To guide the new entrants of Talent Pool members to create their Individual Development Plan.
  • To ensure MDPs of talent Pool members are reviewed & updated as per schedule.
  • To support Talent Movement (Inter/Intra Unit/Roles)
Training & Development
  • To organize and deliver learning interventions on Goal Setting & Performance Management/Talent Mgmt.
  • To support & guide Managers in identifying learning needs for their team.
  • To ensure preparation of MDP for all employees & its completion.
  • To ensure competency assessment for Non-Management Cadre Staff & extract learning needs out of the same.
  • To ensure to collate learning needs of workmen.
  • To ensure preparation & implementation of learning plan which includes planning & organizing various Training Modules for existing / fresher like Induction Programs, Orientation Programs and other Technical / behavioral modules.
  • To develop & Implement mechanism of effectiveness analysis.
  • To administer ELM module in Poornata
  • To identify & develop a pool of internal trainers.
  • To ensure facilitation of Internal Trainers on Teacher's Day.
OD & OE
  • Ensure implementation of employee effectiveness initiative such as wellness programs, quality of life, and organizational effectiveness interventions across the unit
  • To drive participation in VIBES Survey, communication of result, preparation & monitor and review execution of Action plan.
  • To conduct similar survey for Non Mgmt cadre & ensure trailing actions thereof.
  • To conduct follow up sessions with internal customers post the Internal Customer Satisfaction Survey and prepare an action plan and ensure its implementation.
  • To drive all other relevant surveys and actions thereof.
Manpower Planning & Talent Acquisition
  • To facilitate finalization of workforce plan and monitor through organization structure discussion and workforce planning for the unit
  • Review and monitor manpower requirements and ensure timely recruitment for JB 8 & below positions as per approved organization structure.
  • To drive the hiring process for new/vacant position which includes sourcing, interviews, comp negotiations, Ref Check, Medical & Offer Letter Role out
  • To ensure adherence to various guidelines of Business/Group pertaining to Talent Acquisition process
  • To ensure adherence to the Poornata/Seamex/Taleo guidelines during the process of hiring
Performance Management System
  • To work hand in gloves with managers for completion of Goal setting, Mid-Year Review & Annual Appraisals as per the intent of the process.
  • To drive capability building initiatives among Managers for performance differentiation, Feedback. Development Dialogue etc.
  • To check the quality of Goals & Appraisal Feedback & suggest correction wherever needed.
  • To drive and facilitate the process of Normalization & finalization of ratings, promotions/up gradations & seek approval from the Management.
  • To communicate the outcome of the process to all the stakeholders.
Compensation Management & Payroll Management
  • To ensure completion of ACR process timely & with accuracy for all on role employees
  • To ensure communication of revised compensation to employees & payroll
  • To ensure communication of ACR process & Variable pay plan to all employees.
  • To ensure timely disbursal of salary (month on month) along with reimbursements
  • To manage & control loans and advances
  • To ensure reconciliation, tax deductions & compliance to norms.
  • To ensure timely & accurate full and Final settlement
