Location : Kolkata Experience : Minimum 1-2years of experience required in Industrial Sales. Qualification : Must be qualified in Btech in Automation/Instrumentation/ Mechanical/ Electronics/ Electrical. : We are looking to employ an enthusiastic and customer oriented inside sales executive to generate quality leads as well as follow up on inbound email and telephone inquiries. The inside sales responsibilities include updating the CRM system on a regular basis, upselling and cross selling to existing customers. You should also be able to conduct research on market trends and competitors\' products. Job Responsibilities:

• Proven inside sales experience.
• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow up and outbound cold calls and emails.
• Understand customer needs and requirements.
• Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executive for further development and closure.
• Maintain and expand your database of prospects .
• Knowledge of tendering and procurement process .(online and offline)
• Hands on experience on vendor registration , E Procure, Government portals etc.
• Technical and commercial requirement evaluation of tender paper and check the eligibility criteria.
• Coordinating with the internal team in the tendering process, checking and uploading documents required for tender.
• Track record of over achieving quota.
• Strong phone presence and experience.
• Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools.
• Experience working with CRM
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong listening and presentation skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
