• Supporting the Sys Pjm during acquisition and quotation process e.g identifying required Know how for the project, reviewing effort estimation.
• Analyzing and documenting customer and system requirements in association with the customer or the project needs
• Responsible for complete Sys Engg process for a customer project(s).
• Preparation and maintenance of system layout,BOM, component matrix, system engineering documentation
• Responsible for analyzing changes in component matrix and its impact on project scope (Ex TK changes in components and its impact on requirement specification)
• Responsible for Safety requirements engineering and management (Customer, Legal, Standards,TSR, FSR,..)
• Create the safety concepts (FSC, TFC) and specifications
• Participate in safety analysis (HARA, FTA, DFA, (Sys-), FMEA)
• Support system verification and validation (V&V reports)
• Support the safety assessment
• Support different stakeholders on technical (Technical Project Lead) topic during the course of the project
• Responsible for the maintenance of tools and instruments required for customer activities (Ex current clamps, oscilloscope, ETAS device)
• Key Result area

• Acquisition of system enabled businesses for released system/product portfolio
• Successful system release along with customer in accordance to bosch process, towards zero incidents for system related issues in development and post series.

Qualifications

- Bachelors or Masters in Mechanical /Automotive/Electronics/Mechatronics

- 5-8 years in the field of power train development

-Min 2 years of experience in Customer project Management/ Technical Lead roles for system /calibration.

-Experience with system release processes and release measurements

- Experience in function development and validations (desired)

-Experience in handling the technical and legal requirements from customer projects

Soft Skill desired

-Good strength in foundation /Fundamental of physics , Mathematics

-Ability to build simulations for system topics, use of simulation tools (MATLAB, Python), incl plotting

- Experiences in system tools :INCA, ASCET/ehooks, FMEA, analyzing functions/ interfaces

-Experience is handling emission measuring instruments (ETAS devices, Engine dyno, etc..)

-Knowledge about RB product development process PE and PS/BES

-Motivated individual with very good ability to communicate and network locally and internationally

- structured approached to work with the ability to quickly adopt to constantly changing project/customer requirements.
