Roles and ResponsibilitiesBoard and committee supportManaging Group and subsidiary board and committee meeting processes working with management to set agenda, briefing management teams on lead times for the delivery of board and committee papers; and ensuring the timely publication of high quality materials to the Banks board portal. * Attendance at and minting certain board and committee meetings, some of which will require occasional travel to the Banks Sheffield office. * Developing a close working relationship with Executives, boards, Chairs and committee members and act as first point of contact. * Tracking to completion actions arising from board and committee meetings. * Maintaining board and committee records, including papers, minutes and other documentation.Entity managementStatutory compliance responsible for ensuring the maintenance of statutory records for entities falling within the remit of the Banks Secretariat, and for ensuring the timely submission of statutory filings. * Supporting corporate transactions as and when required, including drafting board resolutions and supporting briefing materials for board members. * Assisting in the production and approval of the Annual Report and Accounts.Other * Liaising with Government stakeholders around governance requirements. * Acting as a point of contact with the Secretariat for board members and other stakeholders. * Administrative tasks related to the activities of the Secretariat.Desired Candidate ProfileQualification- B.Com/M.com +CSRelevant Experience- 4-5 yearInterested candidate can share resume call/WhatsApp Nine Six Seven Three Three Three Zero Four Three SevenJob Type: Full-timeSalary: ?30,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per monthBenefits:
