Responsibilities: Work alongside, and/or under supervision of the senior Business Systems management team to perform the following: Create embedded documentation and guide users with business workflows through Salesforce. Understand workflows, pain points and adoption needs through conversations with internal stakeholders, workflow assessments and other discovery methods Translate identified needs into actionable solutions, in an understandable user-friendly language Continuously grow understanding of user workflows and system functionality Build on-screen experiences in Salesforce for a broad array of use cases, incl. onboarding, help and support through step-by-step guidance, pop up announcements, and automation Continuously explore new ways of utilizing the full capabilities of digital and other learning tools to engage with audiences Partner with colleagues on the team in the QA of the in-app solution builds, gathering feedback and adjusting on-screen content accordingly Collaborate with other areas of the business to iteratively improve help and training content on the Salesforce ecosystem Coordinate, manage and execute all phases of the in-app content production cycle including the documentation of existing content into a project platform like Jira Encourage data-driven decisions by providing user data on to report on in-app engagement, adoption and iterative updates needed Become proficient in best practices learning experience and digital adoption help guide business stakeholders and actively contribute to community of practitioners Be comfortable presenting solutions to stakeholders Collaborate effectively with all stakeholders to ensure timely delivery Adapt to changing business needs and deliver work products on time Draft user guides, scripts and video narratives as required Bachelor\'s degree in Instructional Design, Learning Experience Design, Multimedia Technologies or similar A minimum of 2-3 year professional experience as an Instructional Designer, UX designer or similar role, ideally in financial services or software companies with a focus on SaaS software applications Experience with Salesforce, Apttus CPQ or Financial Force is a plus Experience with WalkMe digital adoption technology or similar technologies (as applicable Experience in UX and visual/graphic design and Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and Jquery is a plus Passionate about technology, digital transformation and driving digital adoption as a way to achieve desired business outcomes Strong MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel skills Strong stakeholder focus with a consultative and service-oriented approach Effective communicator, presenter and script writer Highly collaborative with strong project management skills and the ability to work on several projects concurrently Ability to focus and attention to detail. Track record of delivering high-quality work output Solid understanding of Agile methodologies. Ability to handle multiple projects with some supervision. Excellent troubleshooting abilities including root cause analysis. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High attention to detail with excellent organizational and analytical skills.
