Your responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Address enterprise customer needs leveraging enterprise architecture and security standards within the boundaries of Cloud and Infrastructure Services (CIS) Data Digital & IT (DDIT)

o Provide ongoing governance and support in order to ensure that Business & Technical Applications are in line with ISC compliance and security standards for Public and Private Cloud Infrastructure.
o Monitor compliance status of the Cloud and Infrastructure Services

• Compliance Enforcement - Ensure IMF Compliance within CIS (except System Access related topics). Ensure Security Baseline & Vulnerabilities compliance processes are followed for CIS builds.
• Compliance monitoring - Support Cloud Platform teams to ensure Service Management is in line with CTS TT operational model and ITSM processes.
• Adherence to ITSM processes - Support Cloud Platform and Infrastructure teams to ensure service management processes are in line with DDIT operational model and ITSM processes.
• Architecture Governance - Define, implement, and enforce IaaS and PaaS technical governance in alignment with Platform Architects and ISC
• Act as a system integrator for CIS service lines - Coordinate cross tower initiatives / efforts and ensure we speak with one voice to teams outside of CIS
• Consolidated communication dashboard for appliction teams - Define a consolidated communication approach to application managers to simplify / provide a single pane of view on actions required to resolve issues / vulnerabilities / cost optimization / \xe2\x80\xa6. Coming from the Cloud and Infrastructure teams

Minimum requirements

• Master\'s or bachelor\'s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering.
• ITSM certification and experience
• Long experience in compliance and security
• IT project Portfolio management experience
