Argenbright Group - HRIS Analyst

- The primary focus of the HRIS Analyst is to provide Help Desk tier 1 &2 support for the UKGPro systems.

- This individual will serve as a technical point-of-contact for assigned functional areas and assist subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing, and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities.

- The HRIS Analyst also supports HRMS upgrades, patches, testing, and other technical projects as assigned.

- This position will provide support, guidance, and technical expertise to all field stations on system requirements and issues, and conduct analysis, design, testing, and implementation of complex business applications within UltiPro.

- The HRIS Analyst will serve as the liaison between Human Resources, IT, and Internal Customers.

- The successful candidate for this position will possess a strong understanding of HR processes and data.

- Providing support for internal customers by researching and resolving HRIS help desk inquiries.

- Trouble-shooting UKG user administration

- Assist all users in the interaction with UKG Pro technical support teams

- Assist all users with mobile app support

- Assist with system training for new hires

- Assist with special projects and annual initiatives such as Performance Management, Compensation, Recruiting processes within HRIS

- Maintain highest level of confidentiality of all data and information

- Assist the HR Team with additional special projects as assigned or needed
