We are looking for Area Service Incharge at Sony India Pvt Ltd
Qualification : Graduate ( BE Electronics & Communication preferred)
Experience : 4 6 Years
Designation : Area Service Incharge
Location : Mumbai
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsible for Authorized Service Centres (ASC) operations
Monitor and control key service deliverables like repair TAT, repeat repair and call pendency
Improve quality of ASC operations & service network and Initiate projects for the improvement of the critical areas of service operations.
Provide training ,develop and retain key ASC manpower by close interaction.
Achieve customer and trade satisfaction -Make SONY Preferred Brand amongst Trade partners & end users
Handle technical queries of customers and ASC engineers.
Handling of Dealer defective sets.
Visiting Key Channel Partners.
