Looking for a young, energetic, process driven, result oriented, dynamic candidate with excellent communication and interpersonal skills; with motivation to succeed in challenging environments.

Must have collaborative, consultative and transparent approach towards work. Specifically looking for experience in handling EPC and Utility customers.

Sales Representative Requirements

  • Understanding of sales process and dynamics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience using MS office tools for a variety of tasks.
  • Attitude towards continuous learning and self-empowerment
  • Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience
  • \xc2\xb7 The skills, experience and education required are:
  • \xc2\xb7 Recommended 6 to 8 years of experience in Extra High Voltage Switchgear, GIS, Instrument Transformers, Large Power Transformers & Services.
  • \xc2\xb7 Substation Projects Acquisition/Execution shall be of added value.
  • \xc2\xb7 Degree in Engineering Electrical & Electronics
  • \xc2\xb7 Positive relationship building and interpersonal skills.
  • \xc2\xb7 Show inclination to work and collaborate in a team, self-motivated and proactive enough keeping focus on the deliverables.
  • \xc2\xb7 Generating leads in allocated region / territory
  • \xc2\xb7 Assessing customer requirements, preparation and submission of offers on time Completion of due internal process as required.
  • \xc2\xb7 Negotiating orders and closure in line with the internal processes and guidelines
  • \xc2\xb7 Meeting / Substantially exceeding sales targets.
  • \xc2\xb7 Collection of performance certificates / feedback forms
  • \xc2\xb7 Market / Competitor intelligence
  • \xc2\xb7 Understanding and promoting company programs.
  • \xc2\xb7 Regular Customer visits and cold calls, thereby improve market knowledge.
  • \xc2\xb7 Portfolio presentations to prospective customers.
  • \xc2\xb7 Know-how of operational philosophy / organization structure of customers.
  • \xc2\xb7 Maintaining customer relations and CRM tool
  • \xc2\xb7 Provide timely market and competition feedback to respective teams in the organization.
  • \xc2\xb7 Understand and maintain the QMS system & collect customer satisfaction feedbacks.
  • \xc2\xb7 Cross Functional collaboration
