Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
Looking after TW business and top-up loan business
Plan, organize and achieve overall budgeted target
Plan & coordinate activities through the sales team
Chase goals for all areas of presence
Train and motivate team members
Supervise and guide the team\xe2\x80\x99s performance
To oversee cross selling of products in all product distribution
Monitor budget achievements and prepare forecasts
Manage the team in terms of numbers and interpersonal aspects
Recruiting sales personnel & TC for all product lines
Take up any assignments as assigned

Job Requirements:
Should be strong in any of the specified products
Should have working knowledge in any of the specified Financial products(specially PL or Used cars)
Should have around 2 years of man management skills and should have handled a team.
Good Communication and presentation skills



Educational Qualification
Should be graduate and above



Work Experience
Minimum work experience of 10 years
