ESAF Small Finance Bank is hiring Area Sales Manager - TASC [Trust, Association, Society & Club] Location: Chennai, Tirunelveli, Kanchipuram, Puducherry, Madurai Responsibilities :- Formulate strategies to capitalize the existing market opportunities to meet the needs of TASC Vertical of Branch Banking segment Focus on Customer Acquisition, Handholding and Customer Experience of customers during the acquisition year. Be in touch with the customers during specific intervals like 30, 60 & 90 days to ensure that customer avails basic digital services like Mobile Banking & Internet Banking. The incumbent will be responsible to achieve 25% of the Cluster target individually for the initial year. For the succeeding year the incumbent will be responsible for incremental value. Execute overall planning at Cluster level to increase the TASC & HNI Business in consultation with the Cluster Head. Co-ordination with BH and other branch staff to ensure achievement of branch TASC & HNI business targets. Conduction of quarterly product and KYC training at all the branches of cluster and provide clarity about the TASC and Other retail banking products. Ensuring affective joint calls with CH and BH to convert the prospective TASC and HNI Leads Ensuring hassle free banking services visiting TASC/HNI client routine basis, persuade them to make robust and investment & financial decisions to meet their objectives. Obtain feedback from customers to initiate corrections as applicable. Building effective and fruitful relationship with major govt officials, Top layer of hierarchy in NBFC, Sec 8, Co-operative, trusts, clubs and high Net worth individuals and industrialist. Coordinate with the key customers and internal teams to ensure service delivery of highest standards. Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust. Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics. Recommend TASC products / variants to the Organization to constantly improve the Bank\'s competitive position in the market. Evaluate the timely adjustment of marketing strategy and plans in the operational area to meet changing markets and competitive conditions. Continually monitor the market by way of area mapping to determine the market size and market penetration of the Bank\'s products and services. Work in collaboration with Marketing Department in implementing local sales promotion plans and evaluate the effect of such campaigns. Co-ordinate the Bank\'s participation in trade shows and community events in the catchment to promote products and services. Provide suggestions to the product manager to develop new liability and third-party products and services in line with regional preferences. Lead the identification of target customer segments and ensure that relevant strategies are developed so as to maximize market penetration and profitability. Establish the culture of cross-selling within the Branch banking team by guiding them in understanding requirements of the customer. Ensure seamless integration between the different strategic business units operating within the operational area to achieve the overall target of the Bank. Focus on the Banks Liability products Current Account and the third-party products like Life Insurance, General Insurance etc to increase the Fee income. Enhancing sales by reaching out to existing customers and doing an upsell or a cross sell. Conduct sales activities for lead generation and do a timely follow up to increase sales. Ensure periodic engagement of the existing HNI and other customers while day to day service of the customer is to be ensured by the Branch.
