Job Overview

We are seeking Area Sales Manager who has a passion for the furniture industry. As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our furniture products. This is a full-time position based in Kerala , Ernakulam India, with a preference for candidates with 6 to 10 years of experience in marketing.

Qualifications and Skills

• Candidate should be strong in communication skills.
• candidate with Architect network with have preference
• Meeting with Client and understanding their requirements, Taking Client brief and giving it to
• the Designs team.
• Making Presentations to Client. Presenting to the Clients the Designs, Concepts, Material
• Selections, Product Selection done by the Design Team.
• Taking feedback from the Clients and sharing it with the Design team.Going to Vendors
• Showrooms to explain and present the Selection to the Clients.
• Travelling to different parts of the of Kerala to make presentations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong negotiation skills
• Experience in Furniture brand is a plus.

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients
• Identify new business opportunities
• Achieve sales targets
• Prepare and deliver presentations
• Negotiate contracts and agreements
• Provide after-sales support
• Guiding, training and providing development opportunities for staff members
• Communicating regularly with vendors, customers and clients
• Ensuring consistency of quality across a particular area
• Maximizing profit and sales across stores in the assigned region
• Setting sales targets for individual stores
• Monitoring and assessing the performance of assigned stores
