To Penetrate Client with Various Product like Saving account/Current Account /Term Deposit and Third Party Products. Maintain high Caliber Customer Service. To ensure timely execution & disposal of quality proposals by down the lines Relationship mangers/ Location Sales Managers. To visit locations for sourcing and disbursal ensuring smooth and transparent implementation, conceptualize & promote inventions of innovative products To push for functional synergies. However ensure that adequate synergies are maintained amongst various functions of Business, Credit , Technical, legal,Ops & Recovery Job Requirement : Preferably MBA with 5 to 6 yrs of experience. Experience in Mortgage preferred Assertive and passionate individual with a natural flair for sales/Business. Key skill required will be in terms of relationship management and negotiation skills. Eye for finer details and ability to micro manage on critical business parameters.
