Role: Area Sales Manager (ASM) Description: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Area Sales Manager to lead our pharmaceutical sales team in a designated region. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of sales representatives, and fostering relationships with healthcare professionals. • Develop and execute a sales strategy aligned with company goals.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs for strategy refinement.
• Provide guidance and support for team success.
• Efficiently allocate sales territories, optimizing key account coverage.
• Cultivate strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Promote pharmaceutical products through field visits and effective communication.
• Set and monitor sales targets, ensuring they are consistently met.
• Maintain and analyze sales reports for data-driven decision-making.
• Develop and manage the sales budget, including expenses and resources.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Must ave Minimum 3-7Y of Experience in Pharma Field.
• Any Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree but Pharma based Degree is (Preferred)
