Job Description
Sales JD: 1. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs2. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling and networking3. Set up meetings with potential clients and understand their requirements4. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services5. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections6. Collaborate with team members to achieve better results7. Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams8. Reviewing sales performance9. Working towards monthly or annual targetsQualifications for Sales Personnel:
- 5-8 Experience in Sales
- Competency in Regional & English Language
- Knowledge of MS Office software and Report Generation
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results
