Role Description -

Responsible for achieving sales goals. Develops and executes account plans. Identifies customer needs and develops solutions. Grows company share within the account. Identifies opportunities to partner and collaborate. Resolves customer issues. Maintains a pipeline of short and long-term growth opportunities. Collaborates and coordinates with appropriate stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities

\xef\x82\xa7 Responsible for achieving assigned sales goals both primary & secondary
\xef\x82\xa7 Develop account plans and coordinate activities with appropriate internal stakeholders
\xef\x82\xa7 Analyze accounts and territory and identifies opportunities to accelerate revenue growth
\xef\x82\xa7 Engage with customers/ distributors to build and maintain long term relationships through digital/F2F connect
\xef\x82\xa7 Manage the end to end sales process for assigned products & accounts
\xef\x82\xa7 Resolve customer issues by regular interaction with internal stake holders
\xef\x82\xa7 Coordinate sales activities with Specialist teams and distribution partners (Digital /F2F)
\xef\x82\xa7 Maintain an in depth understanding of the competitive landscape within assigned accounts and territory
\xef\x82\xa7 Maintain & learn new technical product and scientific knowledge
\xef\x82\xa7 Maintain a cadence of account management activities including internal and customer facing business reviews
\xef\x82\xa7 Input customer information and opportunities into the CRM system & take insights.
\xef\x82\xa7 Maps regional and country relevant account sites, buyers and contacts
\xef\x82\xa7 Develop and maintain a short and long-term opportunity growth opportunity pipeline
\xef\x82\xa7 Leveraging digital tools to prospect, opportunity creation & improve sales conversion
\xef\x82\xa7 Reports to management, including market & competition.
