Our company is looking for a Regional Sales Manager \xe2\x80\x93 Surgical equipments / Medical Devices. Responsibilities:
- Achieve regional sales operational objectives;
- Meet regional sales financial objectives;
- Convert Key accounts and core customers and make sure they are retained;
- Establish sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for districts in support of national objectives;
- Accomplish regional sales human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, etc;
- Implement trade promotions and sales promotions.
