Manages multiple districts within a region and adjusts sales goals and procedures as appropriate for each district . Recommend product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential . Evaluates and implements appropriate new sales techniques to increase the region\'s sales volume . Plan and execute BTL activities in catchment area to create visibility. Monitor lead conversion from each activity . Monitor and review sales team productivity and take timely corrective actions . Recruitment of sales team ,motivating them through local contest and rewards & recognition program . Drive sales from existing branch channel. Coordinate with business channel for early activation and improvement of branch SO/SSO productivity . Launch new branches for gold loan business in region . Responsible for Sales, Training, Audit, Collection, Auction for the region. Coordination with Admin, training, Human resource and policy team for speedy launch . Responsible for building healthy and profitable portfolio for the Gold Loan Business . Keep track of collection and ensure delinquency remain below permissible limits . Coordinate with Risk and Branch team for timely audit & auction
