Manages all store projects, from site survey to handover to sales department.
Project Definition
Gives advice to Sales and Real Estate teams about technical feasibility, timings and cost of projects
Personally, or supported by external collaborators, executes kick off meetings and site surveys, develops drawings, collects technical data and provides briefing (initialization package) to the store planning team including legal and operational requirements
Collects and consolidates layout feedback from the parties (landlord, market, partner), aligned with concept guidelines and the approved budget
For MUB locations and temporary stores, executes layouts according to concept guidelines and commercial requirements
Approves (final word) MUB layouts
Keep close track of the different phases to ensure the timings provided to the sales teams are achieved
Project implementation
Follow up the defined time schedule to ensure that each activity is organized and monitored in the appropriate sequence for construction and POP opening
Coordinates and supervises the work progress, shares regular feedbacks and warning in case of delays. Takes action in case of unexpected issues to avoid delays and extra costs
Coordinates and approves the orders according to the defined thresholds
Monitors the budget of each project to respect the initial approved amounts
Supervises the external consultants and drive them to achieve the team goals
Organizes and performs, personally or though external collaborators, formal handovers to the sales team
Ensure the efficiency and quality of the implementation
Ensures the quality of the implementation and adherence with brand identity
Evaluates and analyze time and cost deviation
Ensures the completion of snagging lists
Ensures the accurate and on-time completion of the reporting tools (dashboard)
Supports, only if request by the line manager, the FM members in the implementation of the global strategies and the maintenance activities according to cluster priorities following Head/Global Facility Manager directions
About you We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:
University Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum 3-5 years similar experience in retail architecture project management
Experience in Retail Project Management/Store Development/Store Construction
Demonstrate ability to build and maintain productive and cohesive relationships with peers and cross-functional teams.
Very good influencing skills to align and get support from the parties during the implementation process
Clear picture for career development with strong potential ambition will be a plus
