In-depth knowledge in design, development, testing, installation and configuration, new implementations, upgrades and maintenance within the GRC System. Core/Must have skills As a risk transformation professional, you will be addressing client issues such as business performance variability, business and process controls transformation application security integrity, governance, risk and control (GRC) technology enablement, business and/or IT GRC, continuous monitoring, vendor and contract risk management and IT risk management. Being responsible for end-to-end configuration of new or existing GRC applications, managing every aspect of the SDLC (e.g., layout, access controls, workflow, notifications, packaging).Developing custom solutions, applications, and questionnaires in the RSA Archer/GRC platform. Providing recommendations and subject matter expertise for the development/architecture of the Archer platform. Partnering with vendor on transition (insourcing) on technology upgrades, maintenance, and issue resolution. Good to have skills Certification from Archer as a Certified Archer Professional Data analysis/ processing and visualization skills using database, visualization tools or spreadsheet application Professional certifications such as Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Experience in the design, configuration, and implementation of Archer GRC/ IRM solutions. Experience implementing the Archer product, including integrations with other systems using API and/ or Archer Data Feed Manager functionality. Strong understanding of compliance and risk management processes. Experience with agile methodology, creating process designs, technical designs, defining user stories, working with onshore/offshore development teams Information Security, Information Technology, security controls, and industry best practices 15+ years .Net experience with VB. Net, ASP.Net, SQL Server, and MVC Experience working with Javascript and HTML 15+ years managing a team of developers RSA Archer out-of-the-box application and solution implementation. Consultative aptitude to provide proven process recommendations to customers. Proficiency in design & development of GRC solutions. Systems and data integration with Archer. Coding, debugging, implementing, and maintaining Compliance Team Archer applications and solutions. Maintaining and integrating new application components. Automation and standardization of manual procedures and business processes.
